Computec Credit Services in partnership with CreditIntel *****s

I received a message for months and from CreditIntel on behalf of each Computec Credit Services Pty, stating I owe R2089.73. It’s said I app**** on-line and by just apply even if service is not grand you have to play them R1050, sad truth is I don’t know them and have not seeked any loan.

I have ask for documents were I signed in this agreement but am told there’s no documents with my signature as consent.

Now they have send me a final Notice late stage action, wanting to put a dent on my credit record.....

How can I defend myself in this which I don’t know nor participate in.
