Bad service

I was misled and now expected to pay an amount of money which I don't even know what it was for. I called in and spoke to a lady thobile that told me all managers were in a meeting and could not speak with me. I am more than upset at this point because I had no idea that I had to pay this money until I'm getting lawyers letters for an amount that I was conned. These loan companies are just ****s and I will be taking this matter further
