BAD REVIEW I OWE THEM NOTHING

This company keeps sending me sms saying i owe them money, when i called them they said its for a cellphone contract in my name, i advised that i dont have 1 and they said i must take it up with their legal department, cant get thru or talk to anybody in legal, sent emails and get no response, each month it gets more. I OWE THEM NOTHING AS I DONT HAVE A CONTRACT IN MY NAME
