Worst Mangaging agents ever

If you are choosing Managing Agents, please pick absolutely ANYONE else. They did a great selling job, promised us the world but delivered on nothing. Portfolio managers are young and in-experienced. Emails from trustees and owners were both ignored. They invest our money in their own bank accounts and kept the interest. In 6 months, they were not even able to do the take on from the previous managing agents or provide us with any management accounts. We are still waiting, a year later for them to refund us the fees the debited from our account in the month of the new managing agents. When we eventually sorted out our accounts we noticed many errors, one being a double payment of R14 000 to an owner iro an insurance refund. No one picked this up. They then tried to take the money out the owners account. I could go on forever. Bottom line... stay away. They may have had a good name in the industry years ago but currently, I am actually surprised they are still in business
