<p>Compeq is the managing agents at our complex. They are being paid to admin the levies and finacials of the complex. So to obtain the levy clearance to sell your property they feel it is ok to Charge a aditional admin fee of R1274 to provide this admin task. Their only justification is that they take on the risk if there is an error on that amount provided. HOLD ON YOU CHARGING ME AND EXTRA R1274 TO CARY THE RISK OF YOU NOT DOING YOUR JOB PROPERLY THAT YOU ARE ALREADY PAID FOR FROM THE COMPLEX. Can you imagine if all business was conducted like this. Paying extra for everything just to protect peaple for possibly not having done their work properly in the first place. However having seen how Comeq manages our complex I can understand why they would need to charge such an insurance because their admin s****s are shocking from the time I bought into this complex right up to now in selling 5years later it has been terrible. So Glive the owner who is to good to reply to e-mails or expect you to wait days for the onner of being called back by him and his staff knowing he is the owner so he can do as he pleases.
