Compeg just doesn't do what it promises during the sales pitch, take-on meeting and in the contract.
There are simple managing agent responsibilities that aren't being done, emails of complaint are ignored and the Director, Clive Ginsberg, responds with a 'middle finger' attitude.
Getting the books audited for a small complex has been ongoing for nearly a year as Mark Khan hasn't bothered to follow up.
Claims to the insurance company for burst geysers haven't been submitted and the excess hasn't been invoiced to the owners, as was instructed to Compeg by the Body Corporate.
A material part of business take-on was a reconciliation and investigation of incorrect accounts from CoJ which has not been done in more than a year. The response is that this is not something that Compeg does - despite it being part of the sales and contracting processes - and that an external organistaion must be hired, at a cost of R4000.

Buyer BEWARE when dealing with Compeg
