Poor service and false promises on basic admin

We requested clearance figures for our unit managed by compeg multiple times, through the transferring attorneys and the individual owner - by email and telecon multiple times to which commitments were made and shallow promises stated but not delivered on. One wonders how a company who should be managing intricate financial details for multiple developments can be so poorly administered by the staff on the frontline - I was assured personally that Friday last week all would be in order and I would be in cc on the email to the attorneys for a transfer completed in October - when calling for a follow up on the day you receive answering services stating that there is a year end function - try again today and the PM Wayne Simpson who gave the undertaking is impossible to get hold of
