*********** and no services from managing agents

I own an apartment in Phoenix View Estate which I purchased directly from the developer. Unfortunately the developer never installed Telkom boxes in some of the apartments in the wall. The Body Corporate and Developer set out to install these missing Telkom Infrastructure Boxes in the start of April 2014 and we made numerous arrangements with them to enter the apartment to complete the installation.<br> <br> After numerous back and forth conversations it came to light that the Body Corporate needed to cut a hole in the wall for this installation to be finished. Until this day this has not yet taken place after numerous requests. Email. telephonic conversations. Escalations to the Managing Agent (Colin Mokoena) superiors.<br> <br> I am now sitting with more repair work to my window because of water leaks from outside that is receiving no attention from the managing agent (Colin Mokoena)<br> <br> This managing agent has laughed at me while speaking to him, ignored me, asked me to arrange repairs outside of thee unit myself. I am highly dissatisfied with their service to say the least and disappointing that the Body Corporate of Phoenix View Estate appointed and keeps them in appointment.
