Billing Query

I am having such a horrible experience dealing with compeg, as I write this review my blood pressure is sky rocketing, these guys are gonna send me to my grave early. I am being intimidated with high charges because I am asking questions about my billing. Monyane has advised that I escalate to the ombudsman instead of explaining and showing me policies that lock me to those charges. I bought into a owing building and I only found out after the meeting I had requested.

Can the management of this company look into my account. The charges are even not compatible with area I live in. Now I have all these extra legal fees added to my statement over a R1000.00 on top of a R1000.00 that was added 2023 for recoveries.

Now I am disputing the fees, I am being charged that were accumulated before I moved in. If I am liable show me a policy that binds me, so I can make peace with it and pay.

Meter reading can I be informed when it's done so I can calculate to make sure it's accurate.

With this economy, I am now counting every cent. My salary hasn't gone up since I bought everything is going up. So please someone professional help me.
