BAD SERVICE - COMEPEG

Compeg is our property management at Oakhurst; in Johannesburg. I had my account in arrears; paid it. A few days after I had made my payment. They still sent someone to cut my services. I phoned them the next day to rectify the matter. None of their technicians arrived as promised. I phoned their office several times speaking to one of their rude employees, who had promised me tht this matter would be resolved before end of day(day In Question). I sent an email to his supervisor informing him of the bad service I was experiencing. The Manager in charge must have read my email and didn't bother to reply to me and allegedly spoke to his subordinate. He never bothered to call me back. I phoned several times asking for his mobile number. They refused to provide me with his number. They refused to call him. I then advised them that i will report this to hello peter for such a terrible service. I will also take it up with our trustees at the complex to possibly remove them as our property agent. I don't advise anyone to take up COMPEG as their property agent. They are pathological *****.
