Abhorrent behavior of the trustees overlooked by Managing Agent

Compeg is the managing agent of a building that I have been an owner of an apartment for a few years now. for the past year I have been a trustee and it is ********** to see how matters are managed. The Trustees and the Chairman only are concerned about their own matters and Compeg as the managing agent does not get involved. The Chairman strong arms every one of the trustees with the knowledge that Compeg don't get involved. They charge R 1000 for a parking infringement which is absurd, just because they can (??) The Chairman is simply allowed to deviate from his commitment to fix his veranda floor leaking into the parking below and causing the tenant to find alternative parking. He is devious in his dealings and Compeg holds his hand.
