Indeed, there should be a "worse than negative" option on this site's rating. One star is an undeserved praise for this utterly ***********, lazy, unreliable company. Since appointment as managing agent for our small complex (16 units) they never failed to disappoint! Bradley Hellmann, their director, spends half his time dejecting complaints (NEVER addressing them) or hiding behind Rochelle Levine, the "portfolio manager" whom he's thrown under the bus more times than I care to count. Mr Hellmann TRULY knows next to nothing about how to run or manage a sectional title set-up. We have been forever asking the same questions countless times and never received any answers. We have pointed out countless security breaches that Mr Hellmann has deliberately neglected (and continues to neglect) to address. I could turn this post into a small novel, considering the never ending issues our complex has been experiencing thanks to this individual's ineptitude. To date, we can't extract a coherent answer or corrective action from this utterly useless company. If in the market for a managing agent, this company is MOST DEFINITELY an option I WOULD NEVER AGAIN CONSIDER. Stay away.
