We pay a fortune to medical aid every single month, and it's not cheap, it's really expensive. After having chest pain for over two weeks , we went to the hospital to run tests, thinking, of course, the medical aid would cover this because that's what the hell they are there for. But they refused to pay the bills, and now we have to cough up our own money for the rest! Why do we even have medical aid if we still end up paying our own hospital bills? Are we paying for medical aid, just for **** and giggles?! We pay them and trust or did trusted them to cover the bills like they're supposed to. The audacity of the medical aid is unbelievable. Signing up is quick, even if the phone audio is so bad you can't hear a damn thing they're saying. I'm surprised they'd even record that! But try to cancel? That's a whole different nightmare. They flat out refuse to call you back or even let you know what's happening on their side. After two solid weeks of battling just to stop a useless service, they still refuse to cancel the plan. They are just money grabbing jews
