WOW disgusting service

<p>I have been waiting for 3 weeks for authorisation to go to the sleep clinic..... after thowing my toys "today" Thursday 8 September 2016, and after threatening to go to Hello Peter, I got an authorisation number.</p> <p>Then today, as well, I was following up on monies owing to me for the past 3 weeks from a specialist I went to see, and got authorisation for (for R1 050.00) and was told last week to wait a week (that was told to me last week), again today was told to wait another week.... when I asked for a supervisor, they left me listening to music for 20 minutes until I was forced to put the phone down.</p> <p>The service is totally unacceptable.</p>
