Worst refund process ever
App**** for the NetworkX international membership last year for 2024 , cancelled it at the beginning of this year since i wasn’t furthering with my studies. Till today i haven’t received the refund yet . Have called and sent emails but they keep on shifting me from one person to another or ask for the same document more than two times .
