Worst medical scheme- COMPCARE

I have had this little-known medical aid for almost two years now. From January 2024, i asked them whether the premiums are up to date and was advised yes, they are. Then problem comes when i visit a GP or to get chronic medication. Every time the funds have been depleted. For 10 months my employer is paying but I cannot access the service. This is the WORST MEDICAL AID IN MY LIVING TIME.

If anybody is searching for a medical aid, look somewhere. Run away from COMPCARE, it's a Ponzi scheme to me. It works only once when u join.
