WORST MEDICAL AID ON EARTH. DISGUSTED

Worst medical aid on Earth. They declined my previous 2 gynaecologist visits that I am entitled to from my maternity benefits. When I phoned to sort it out the guy on the phone said it's because I didn't visit a GP to confirm my pregnancy. Absolutely incompitent people working there. After struggling for how long with the guy on the phone I asked him to have his boss phone me as clearly he has no idea what he's talking about. So he opted to put the phone down in my ear. Disgusted at this terrible service!!
