Worst medical aid I have ever dealt with
<p>I have had endless fights with this medical aid and therefore cancelled. I have cancelled in November which ends my contract with them end of January 2016 - I want to get my tax certificate ending tax year February 2016 and they still don't have anything ready - the tax year ended in Feb 2016 and we are now in June 2016. Tax has opened and this medical shceme is so pathetic they don't even have the tax certificates ready yet. Really frustrating.</p>
