Worst Medical aid
Good day Compcare,<br> <br> We choose to move to compcare because we thought that we would receive better benefits, looks like the joke is on us. How can a medical refuse to pay for a procedure E.R.CP CODE K80.4, because it falls under Radiology, yet other medical aids like Fedhealth has no problem paying for this procedure. I am in so much pain and I need to have this procedure done because there might be serious problems with my gallbladder. Which I might add can be life threatening if it ruptures. Now while phoning for per-authorization your consultant Keneilwe advises me that you won't pay for this when it is a day to day procedure, nor will you pay for this even when I am admitted overnight and I might need a stent.<br> <br> So what is the use to be a member of such a medical aid, if you won't pay for any important procedures? <br> <br> Is there someone who can actually help me regarding this issue!!!! My procedure is schedules for 14/08/2015<br> <br>
