WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS DESPITE TERMINATION

On or about 30 June 2020 I send my one month termination notice to Compcare. My last day on the medical aid scheme would be 31 July 2020 where after I would join another medical aid scheme. Despite me notifying the scheme on time, on 1 August 2020 CompCare had not terminated my membership but withdrew fund from my bank account. Since the latter has happened have contacted the customer care center and I get transferred from 1 consultant to another and nobody can assist me or advise why my membership was not terminated. The numerous emails I have sent have also gone unanswered. I require urgent conformation that my membership has now been cancelled and that the scheme WILL NOT withdraw money from my bank account. Withdrawing money from my bank account whilst the scheme has been informed of my termination is ******* and Such withdrawal is without my consent. The service I have recently experience with CompCare has been a disaster and I will not recommend anyone of my family and friends to join this scheme.
