Wait forever to get payment

I submitted a claim on the 8th of December from the Urologist which has still not been paid. When I phoned yesterday to query this I got told they were going to send it for re-processing. I also enquired for a second time about a pharmacy claim that had been rejected last year on the 11th of December and got told that savings were depleted. The only monthly medication we are getting should all be coming off chronic so why is it that savings fund is depleted. I got told by the lady that assisted me telephonically that she was going to email me the paperwork. Well it`s a day later and I`m still waiting for the so called paperwork!

Why is it that we always have to wait so long to get payment???? Just shocking!
