USELESS ADMIN DEPARTMENT

The only reason I am giving a star is because I have to. This scheme's admin is useless. I sent through my proof of income and student registration numerous times, and they still placed me on the highest income band and subtracted more than twice the amount I should be paying. After that I called several times and sent through several emails and was in contact with a broker who also sent through my proof of income and asked them to adjust my premium and refund the excess amount that they took last month, and behold another amount of more than 3K deducted from my account this month! I am furious.
