Urgent request for transactional history

I am really needing help from CompCare. I tried phoning and the number does not exist. I send numerous emails to all their email accounts advertised online with no luck. This seems to be the only platform where I do get an response. My husband was in hospital on the 14th of November. The medical aid did not cover the whole bill and I need to claim it back from GAP cover. I have all the required documents but still need a transactional history from Compcare. Can someone urgently assist me with this.
