Terrible Service Received from Compcare Medical Scheme

i am extremely frustrated with the service received from Compcare Medical Scheme. i work in HR and have been trying to get 2022 contributions from them over a month now. my emails just get ignored. i found an email on their website which i have emailed expressing my dissatisfaction in their service and received a reference number CRMREF: ***. but still no response from anyone at Compcare. i mean, if you don't pay your contributions across, they make sure to phone and find out where their money is, so i know their phones do work, but for service, there is just no interest at all so assist. i am fed up with their service and would rather move my employees to an alternative scheme that to have to deal with this!! Compcare wake up!!
