SUPER BAD SERVICE

I am very unhappy with them, Since Selfmed merged and became Compcare i only have problems with them, Doctors and denstist accounts not getting payed , The one doctor account states that i was not active on the medical aid when i went to the doctor but i have been active on this medical aid for 2 years now, The non active is when the merger happened, 2nd My daughted went to the dentist they do not even pay that, If i knew this would happen i would never agreed to the merger, They are becoming bad.

3RD - I stay in Brakpan but need to go to sunward park hospital that is really stupid, The closest hospital to me is Dalview or Glynnwood which both are Life hospitals but they only cover Sunwardpark.
