Compcare don't take their clients serious, i requested something on Monday and i also followed up three times, but my matter is only being escalated today. Very *********** staff.

25 Apr 2024, 12:12My matter was apparently escalated to head of IT, and the funny thing is that the head of IT has just responded and said he does not deal with such matters. So i am being left on a lurch now.I think is time i start searching for another medical scheme.
