Shockingly bad customer service

I was with this medical scheme since 2010 and recently had to cancel due to financial problems. After many emails without getting any reply or feedback whatsoever I used their websites chat service and finally made contact with a completely clueless man that was no help at all. A few weeks went by and still did not receive any updates as to what the status of the cancellation was.

Eventually I decided to resort to Facebook just to institute some kind of communication. Within minutes I received a reply that I will be contacted shortly. I then received a phone call from an extremely rude lady literally yelling at me that "IT WILL GET CANCELLED!". I was so shocked by this interaction that I literally had no words.. After all those years of being a loyal customer they treated me like garbage and still, without any confirmation to this day, they just stopped the monthly debit order & that was that.

I will never forgot this experience & I'll forever warn anyone looking to use them. I've also spread this message far & wide across the web. This kind of service is completely unacceptable!
