Shocking service from CompCare Medical Aid

Firstly I made enquiries with CompCare regarding whether they cover Migraines under chronic conditions as I suffer with migraines on a daily basis. Since my email telling them that my migraine medication costs approximately R4000 per month, I am now blocked from Googling them. This is totally unacceptable!

I tried to Google the very expensive Dynamix Plan my mother is on, which costs over R7000.00 a month and found I was blocked. My mother needs a hearing aid and they have said they will only cover her for R16 000 and this amount will come out of her medical savings instead of a hearing aid benefit. I find this totally unacceptable, plus her hearing aid will cost R28 000. My mum also recently had a hip replacement and we paid the huge difference between what the medical aid paid for the specialist and the anaesthetist. We expected the rest of the hospital bill, theatre etc to be paid in full (she only stayed one night) and suddenly we get an assessment that we owe R54 000. What costs are they actually covering? I am horrified to say the least!
