Shocking service from Compcare Medical Aid
shocking service, I have been a member for 25 plus years. I need to speak to a consultant/advisor regarding my choice for 2020, there are less than 2 weeks left to change options. I sent an email 10 December for someone to contact me ***-2-*** Another email 16 Dec ***-2-*** Both email were acknowledged and assured me someone would call me within 24 hours. Yesterday 17 Dec I called, spoke to Pule Molekane at 16.36 who assured me a broker would call me. Today at 16.28 I spoke to Brendon who was going to put me through to a senior manager, I held on for almost 5 minutes!! I put down. If no-one call me within 48 hours I am going to cancel my membership Member *** Saskia Gil

promise contacted me!!! beyond shocking, Compcare you should be
ashamed of yourself! what does it take to get a senior agent to call me,
my first request was well before the festive season. you obviously don't care or are not interested in your clients. I will find a medical aid that is!
