SAVINGS REFUND......STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Comp Care Team

I am writing to follow up on my savings refund query, as I have not yet received an update regarding it's status.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on the progress of my request and a CLEAR estimated timeframe for resolution. This matter has been pending for over 5 months, and I would appreciate your prompt attention. I have sent all the required documents.

Last week the response I got from the person that was handling my claim said it has reached the Financial Department and is being processed. Today when I follow up, this person no longer works for the Company.

This is completely unacceptable. I paid my contributions on time when I was still a member of the Scheme. I don't understand why it is so difficult to get my savings paid out to me.
