Risk Benefits?

Good day, a new risk-benefit "Back & Neck" was introduced and as my husband suffers from chronic back pain, told him to utilise the benefit. Physio found, obtained a reference number and we thought all was good.

He visited a couple of ties, but then I realised that some of the Physio account was paid from my savings.

Contacted med aid and was told to obtain a motivation, done and sent through, but it seems like it was never reversed from savings to risk.

I NEED help PLEASE!
