Pathetic authorization procedures

Hi there membership number *** Please can you send me in the right direction as I am very upset I have a daughter of almost 4 and has had re occurring toncilitis 4 times now in the last 3 months not only is this very costly every time I need to visit the Dr's but the medication every time and not even to start with the antibiotics every time to treat this So with a referral to an ENT I take her today and Dr agrees that they must be removed as she is going to get sick everymonth this is ridiculous so it's okay emptying my pockets having my child on constant medication because you do not see the need for it?? So now I call you guys to get authorization and I am told my Co payment is like 3700 guys we are working people I cannot afford this and the reason is that it's not a pmb my daughter is chronically sick every month due to this But I need to fork out Dr's visits and medications every month which is also not good for a child Is there a way I can escalate this or send a Dr to motivation to get this down its the beginning of the year with new savings etc and feels like you just gave me a slap in the face Please assist
