Over 2 months and we still waiting to get reimbursed
Once again I emailed 2 claims for my parents on the 27th of November.
One was reimbursed but not the other. It is now the 3rd of Feb and after submitting it for a second time and correspondence sent to escalations at Universal nothing has been sorted.
Seems to me like the only way to get anything resolved with this Medical Aid is by posting it on Hellopeter..
