No response

Morning. We have been trying to get our newborn onto the medical aid now for two Weeks. After we have been told that our baby will automatically be on after birth. We have had numerous conversations with them, but no one seems interested in helping us. We have not received any feedback from them and our baby is already 2 weeks old.
