Matthew Leong - Great customer service agent

We have struggling to get responses on a few issues we have had with our medical aid scheme throughout this year. Finally we got through to a gentleman by the name of Matthew Leong in the call centre. He has been absolutely phenomenal. He has provided feedback daily and resolved issues quicker than anyone else we have spoken. He is the epitome of customer service! Thank you Matthew for all your assistance!
