Massive increase in rate

"Please find attached your mini-statement displaying claims that have been processed on your behalf. At the end of each month you will receive a detailed monthly statement showing all transactions relating to your claims for the specific month." I did not ask for a mini statement. I want to know why my Payment has gone up by 27%. I notice that there is a 27% increase in my payment since Jan 2025.

Jan R13498. Feb R13498 , March R17206 What is this all about? I have not been warned that there is a massive increase coming. Please advise soonest as I cannot afford to keep up the insurance at this price.
