Learn to give correct information

I pay R2291 every month for the selfnet plan. I left discovery and moved over to compcare not telling me I will be on a 3 month waiting period before I can use my medical aid. Mind you I told them I have endometriosis so I need to be covered fully and the lady I spoke to said I will be covered I went to my GP they rejected the amount never paid my doctor yesterday I went back he tells me your medical aid says you will only be able to use your medical aid from the first of september yet my medical card shows when I joined the plan

I ended up in hospital now they dont cover anything all the statements I get they reject all the amount so where should i get R16000 to cover my hospital bill?? why am I paying R2291 on a **** cover

One things those employees at compcare has no idea what they are doing if they not double debiting my account than I get a **** service I have also been telling them to move my debit date to the 25th I am still waiting and its been months.

This is one **** medical aid .
