Every year they fail to deliver in time . My daughter has a student medical aid with Compcare and every year the university need a membership medical certificate to enable her to register but they always fail to deliver. Last year she almost missed registration while waiting for the membership certificate. I went to their offices to enquired and I spend the whole day waiting but still they failed to deliver .
