*******ly doubled my fee's

Absolutely shocked at the level of service received from this company. I sent them an email 2 weeks back to cancel my medical aid and received no response on email. Apparently cancellations can only be done when you email cancellation forms to them. The fees for 2020 almost double, which is a total *******. They never even called me to explain the new fees. Please cancel my plan with you.
