Frustrated Compcare member: Poor service.

I'm so frustrated by this Compcare agents, I requested to have my medical aid cancelled since 11/03/2020. Friday last week they called me after I complained via helopeter, they asked me to complete a terminate form which I did same day. Turnaround time of 24 hours had long past with no termination certificate yet. I called again today I was this told of the suspension of my membership. Now I'm stucked with nowhere to go. They have no sense of complying with their turnaround time and mess they are causing to me.
