False advertising
This medical aid advertised and confirmed that ALL their plans will cover Sports injuries. When I emailed them to ask about it. This is the response I got: Good day With reference to your email dated 10/01/2020. As per the SelfNet option, sports injuries will only be covered if the admission is regarded as PMB (Prescribed Minimum Beneifts), subject to Pre-Authorisation. The diagnosis code provided, will determine whether it forms part of PMB or not. Please do not hesitate to contact us on ***for any additional information. Kind Regards Marlene Swanepoel
Their advertising is very misleading and should remove the Ad on Facebook.
