Excuse after excuse

Worst medical aid I have ever been on. I was on Selfmed and was moved to Compare October last year. STILL waiting for my membership card. Go to a network doctor practice that is on their list but still they say they are not network doctors. Went to Netcare last year, had an emergency with my 3jr old son. They did not want to pay the emergency account and each and every time I proved them wrong with all their excuses. 1st they said it was not a Netcare hosp, then I was not referred by a gp, then I was only in the emergency rooms, then it was not a pmb, on the bill said non claimable items (which were supposed to be written off by the hospital but the medical aid didn't use the right codes) I had to call and email between the two!! It is a disgrace that one pays so much money just so they can go through a list of excuses!!
