**** - Don't waste your time

****!! Pathetic excuse for medical cover. Not even close. I've never battled with a medical aid so much and I've been with Discovery. They WILL missell, so please don't even bother giving you the time of day. I am now dealing with the costs of a hospital visit I was assured would be covered, but of course now isn't. They have no department to deal with claim investigations or reviews, and no department to deal with client concerns. For over 2 weeks now I've been emailing a "representative" (Khensani) who has been incredibly unhelpful, they are now also trying to con me out of additional funds for a termination notice period after costing me exorbitant amounts, and breaching their own contracts by not covering what was promised. Save yourself the trouble and rather go to government hospital - yes, this **** company is that bad.

Funny how there is a response now that I've made my case with you public. I will be updating my review to reflect what transpires from here.

Update: Not a shred of contact in spite of being promised as such on other review platforms such as HelloPeter (a whopping 1.2 star rating there by the way). They have now billed me again in spite of my termination and cancellation forms being submitted and WRITTEN ACCEPTANCE from them. Louder for the people in the back, this "company" is a ******* and will ********* your money!!
