DO NOT USE COMPCARE. WORST SERVICE EVER

If I could give Compcare zero stars I would. I have been with them since they took over Selfmed medical aid and in all those years I have literally claimed 4 times. (Excluding baby immunizations for 1 baby, which they also claimed to pay but had excuses not to pay at least 3 times). Twice I claimed without any problems (which was for my c-sections). The other two times I claimed for my daughter (then 3years old and now 5). The first time I LITERALLY STRUGGLED FOR OVER A YEAR to get a claim paid. After which I was charged interest which I was held liable for even though it was due to their pathetic service. Now I have been struggling again with the fourth claim for OVER 5 MONTHS. The worst part is I called them before hand and made sure I was covered for this benefit. Now they keep rejecting the claim. I call weekly and everytime they have got a new excuse. I am so fed up with this company.
