compucare no service

I am so frustrated with Compucare medical aid scheme. i have been requesting a tax certificate for more than a month i have send numerous e mails I have phoned numerous times I have escalated to managers and still no joy. Compucare keeps telling me they are requesting it from Capetown Ii dont know which way to turn too
