Compcare worst medical aid ever

Worst medical aid ever. Will NOT RECOMMENT IF TO ANYONE EVER

1) It took Compcare from 8/11/2018 till 23/11/2018 just to activate my medical aid with makes me wonder, that if there's a problem and I need to use my medical aid how long you will take to give authorization and even pay the bills afterwords.

2) As from 23/11/2018 till today 8 Feb 2019 I have still not received my membership card and I made numerous attributes to get it. It is of up most important to have this card at all times with these times in South Africa.

3) I was quoted for my medical aid R4650 for me and my family but wasn't informed that it will go up to R5110 as from Jan 2019 and I feel as a new customer of Compcare it is your duty to inform new customers of any increase before time, especially 30 days before the increase but no one informed me. It is unfair towards a new client to be treated like this, as I went away from my other medical aid after being with them from 2009.

I have not have one days pleasure with Compcare and will not recommend anyone to use Compcare. STAY AWAY
