Compcare Wellness Medical Scheme... WORST MEDICAL AID EVER! Run by the shyest CEO ever. He boast about awards that only he knows how they got it!

I chatted with Compcare on the 16th of July 2019 regarding the endless problems my 80-year-old dad is having with Compcare.

They advised after many, MANY phone calls... "Good afternoon Marlene, we take note of the above. please note that the claims have been sorted out and that Mr. Markgraaf has been informed. Kind regards, the CompCare customer experience team."

It has not been sorted... for TWELVE months in a row now, my dad's monthly claim for my mother's order from the Cancer Clinic gets rejected as NOT AUTHORISED! This is an ONGOING authorisation. Can they not get this right? On Christmas he opened email with the same story... rejected... not authorised.
