CompCare Wellness Medical Scheme worse medical aid in South Africa, they don't reply phone or emails when you have a dispute, be careful to consider them, Once you pay and need their assistance, you are on your own. They are ********* medical aid, paid membership for students, the student did not get visa due to COVID-19, wanted to cancel the medical aid, the call center informed me that that medical aid certificate I was issued is not in their system, basically took money but register and issued a face certificate. Tried to call and email them for the past almost 3 months, they don't reply. Whenever I reached somebody over the phone, they said it's Ursula Bennie who is handling that case, she will contact, three months now no reply and n one else willing to assist. Stay away from these ********* medical aid!
