CompCare Wellness Medical aid scheme

This is the worst medical aid scheme i have ever since in Southern Africa since the beginning of this week I have trying to use it to get my eye glasses and i am told that my medical is invalid yet i have paid the whole amout of 5400 rands for whole year. They keep on saying they will call me even up to now i am still waiting now. These guys are the worst service provider i have even seen in Southern Africa even after sending proof of payment and medical aid certificate to them i am still waiting for their if it how a company treat foreigners then this medical aid sheme need to be blacklisted because what they are selling on their website is oppisite of what they are offering as clients.
