Compcare Racketeering and *****.

My parents have been loyal clients of compcare medical aid for over 35 years, never missed a payment. Then in 2020 they retired and had to move to a lower option due to budget. Then a month ago...without warning their medical aid was suspended.

When we finally got a hold of them they said my parents owed over R10 000...the error was from switching over 4 years ago.

Not ONCE did they receive an email which stated there was unpaid fees. My mom diligently pays every single month and as pensioners they are struggling. So why was it never indicated on their statement?

This is absolute racketeering and *****. We will definitely take this further with CMS. What you are doing are crimes against humanity. We request an audience with the principal officer asap.
